Sometimes people may act in a way that they feel is not in tune or respective with their faith and they may think that this may set them back and let them down and lose their faith. I think people who have conditions may be more likely to experience this. The conditions may cause them to act at times in ways that they may be remorseful for after the event and regret doing wrong and they didn't live up to the standards that they should and may think that hope is lost by not living up to their standards. In an overwhelming situation somebody may say something that they regret for example because of their condition. Now, I am not here to condone when we do this ourselves as we make mistakes to as human beings and sometimes need to learn from things. However, we are all human and nobody is perfect except Jesus Christ. Which ones of you are here can throw the first stone who have not sinned Jesus asked and nobody could come forward in the Woman with adultery as they had all sinned to and was not perfect either (John 7:53–8:11). If you do have a true condition and do become overwhelmed God does understand and is merciful and doesn’t want you to walk away. Jesus said all things are forgiven unto him except blasphemy unto the Holy Ghost (Matthew 12:31-32) . I looked into this and consulted with priests and was told this on that subject to-
"If your body experiences involuntary conditions or actions that express harsh words or thoughts-without your personal belief or intent—those are not counted because of God’s mercy.
Remember, God looks at the heart and understands our struggles beyond mere words".
Jesus releases us from sin and he knows to the hearts and minds of all of us. Some people also think that and from a Christian confident of mine which was comforting to -"I don't believe that sin will even be mentioned at the judgment seat of Christ for the simple reason that Jesus already paid the penalty or wages for our sins at the cross. Therefore sin is not even the issue in salvation. While the believer can come under divine discipline for sins, that divine discipline takes place in time, not in eternity, and is designed to get you to 'wake up' and 'change your ways.' This can be expressed as divine love (Revelation 3:19).
I have been through this and take every day as it comes and will never walk away from my faith because of this as it is in my heart and I try to do my best to abide to the spiritual truths and that is all that we can do. Try and work and learn from what caused the overwhelming and try and move on and learn to forgive yourself from this . Sometimes someone may overwhelm you and God is on the side of those who are afflicted and is against violence (Psalm 72) and (Psalm 11). The ultimate judge in life is God and not us or anybody else on a situation ((James 4:11).
