I like the flood story to in Genesis that it was ships awoy and turbulent and a shipwreck of its own at times. On what feels like your own ship wreck at times it may feel like a wipeout at times too but remember that Noah and his family finally got to their destination and the land and sea was parched and pretty bare and a bit unknown and reminiscent of Psalm 137 song of being in a strange land. However, his family and life stock arrived at home again which soon became home again. Hopefully you will get down soon and park the boat and if you need to account for those who remain and remember that it was ok before and will be again and hope and trust and have faith in God.
Remember to breathe in times that seems like a shipwreck and remember brighter times and that God the Shammah is just there and fails not and neither sleeps and he does not abandon those who are faithful to him in difficult times if you hold onto him and this his promise which is in Psalm 37. Also Ezekiel 37 can be restoring to say in diifficult times and remember that you surived this and that are in capable hands and have always been of Christ. Noah had a strong faith that God would see him those days of the flood to dry land, and he he fulfiled his promise (Genesis 8:1). If you need to seek support from others do so if you need to. I wish well and restoration.Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own
understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy
paths."
