In remembrance of Saint Joseph Cupertino.

Hi everyone, being carried in the air reminds me of levitations and the life of Saint Joseph of Cupertino who was a Catholic who was ordained as a priest. Jospeh was an Italian Conventual Francisca who I have always admired. Saint Joseph was a pious and holy man who had a intellectual learning disability. Joseph would levitate ascend upwards in his body and float in the air during prayers. Some people struggled to understand where he got this ability from to levitate from and it was from the Holy Spirit and it was right for his needs and life. Perhaps with his condition it was good for him to see that God had him in his hands as well and the connection to give his life to him with that strong connection.

This was also a good testimony to tell of God's prescence with us and his power.
The gift to leviate is not a Holy Spirit gift listed in the Book of Corinthians (1 Corinthians :12). My thoughts God are that can use this at his own will and it is an admirable gift, but we must be sober minded with it and serve God and not man. It also to me shows how much strenght the Holy Spirit can be as they was a part of this with angels or who suspended Joseph in the air alone in the invisible world that the Bible speaks of.

Joseph's holiness and ability to levitate was given by God and it shows valuable to God Joseph was as well. He was also spiritually blessed in the gifts in other ways like prophecy to with the visions that he saw. Joseph in his life became known for his service as a healer and confessor and Pope Urban VIII witnessed his levitations to authenticate them. At the end of his life he had to be moved from he lived because of people seeking him because of his ability to levitate. Joseph was born in 1603 and was a cheery soul and he died from a fever in 1666. He was a Saint who became a Peter Pan of his own with God's blessings. RIP Saint Joseph of Cupertino.

There are other Saints who could leviate to like Saint Flora, St Teresa of Avila, St Padre Pio, St Martin de Porres, St Francis, St Alphonsus Ligouri and the Russian Orthodox St Seraphim of Sarov.
