Hi everyone, in this post I am posting some scripture and quotes about how we should be led by the Holy Spirit as Christians and lead a spiritual life and how Jesus can reveal truth through the Spirit. Our spiritual gifts and the ministry roles in the church and the body of Christ are appointed by Jesus.
Galatians 5:22-23 (What we should nurture)
Fruits of the Holy Spirit.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance”
Gifts of the Holy Spirit (Our spiritual talents and gifts which we should use to bring light to others.
1 Corinthians 12
“For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit. To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues”
Ephesians 4
“And he (Jesus) gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ”

We are called to humble dependence and meditation upon the Spirit.
